    Low hdl

Hello folks, today i took the first piece of blood work. I did it at 5° cycle week.

My cycle is 250 mg Test E/week and Deca 300mg/week. I take arimidex at 0.25 EOD.

Hematocrit is good. What seems to be shifted is HDL ( the total cholesterol is 195 ) so it's 34 mg/dl. The cholesterol/HDL ratio is 5,73, while it should be equal or less of 5. I take 3 gr. of Fish oil ED but the HDL shifted the same.

What do you suggest ? Is this a critical value ? Going on with cycle, will i risk further lowering of HDL ?

    I'm bit worried.

    Thank you.

That isn't too bad yet. You could take slo niacin at night and it could improve it, although no guarantee that will reduce risk of problems.

Have you checked your e2 values? I need to find some data on this, but believe too much arimidex and dropping your e2 can negatively effect things here. Also might want to look into the effects of nandrolone as well.

What i wonder if it is usually, expecting HDL progressive lowering while proceeding with the cycle; i've done the blood work at 5° week and i would suspect if i repeat the blood work in another 4 weeks, to find HDL lower still than previous blood work ( even keeping the same AAS dosages and AI).

Does it usually happen ? Or keeping the AAS dosages and identical diet/training, doing the blood work at 5° in 12 weeks cycle, the HDL should keep its value for all the rest of cycle ?

    Thank you brothers.

AAS effects HDL. Look into niacin like Seoinage advised. I'd suggest Slo-Niacin brand :

Using Niacin to Improve Cardiovascular Health - Life Extension

As well as Red Yeast Rice but don't buy it from the States as they FDA regulated the statins out of it hence losing a lot of it's effectiveness.
    Try this brand:

Amazon.com: Pure Chinese Red Yeast Rice Bulk Powder. (250G): Health & Personal Care

The above will help. Next time you test get an NMR Lipo Profile. It's an advanced particle test that breaks down your LDL and really clues you in to how you really are. Google Labcorp NMR Lipo Profile and have a look.

    Thank you very much Kelkel.

But could you answer me to my previous question please ?

It won't progressively lower nor will it be linear. It all depends on what your body is subjected to at any given time. AAS, diet, exercise, supplements, etc.

Yes, but i thought about hormones accumulation in body as the cycle goes on..... which could cause HDL lowering progressively...

It will only go so far. Think about some of the huge cycles a pro may run.
