I am about to start my first ever cycle and have been
Recommended sustanon by my friend.
And also to take nolvadex as pct. I am seeking
Advice about how much to take and when to take it.
Also the procedures for pct. and reducing
Estrogen.

sustanon 250mgs x 500mgs/week for 10-12 weeks


if u need to know procedure for pct and don't know how to reduce estrogen u shouldn't start…

What he said. Also nice to be taking, or at least have on hand, an AI such as aromasin or arimidex while you're on cycle. When i take aromasin during my cycle i take 12.5mg ED...some people take 25mg EOD, or 12.5mg EOD, up to you and how you feel. If i use arimidex then i take .5mg E3D as it works VERY well on me, sometime almost tooo well. Again, your dosage depends on you, some people take .5mg ED as an example.
