    200 calorie surplus

    If I'm eating at only a 200 calorie surplus, and doing cardio 3x a week, can I lose bodyfat while possibly gaining lbm? I'm trying to do more of a recomp rather than bulk.

    yes it's posible but not as efficient as cutting and then bulking I would do 500 caloric surplus I feel this topic has been discussed before I would try searching lean bulk

    Are you running anything?

    Natty recomping requires ridiculous meticulousness when dieting and training.
