    T3 and energy levels.

Hey guys. Today is day 5 of T3 and I am at 25 mcg right now. I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced low energy levels while taking it. I have been super tired all the time and workouts have been harder on me. Tomorrow I up my dose to 37.5 mcg. I'm always worn out and just pure exhausted. Thanks!

25 is what are body produces naturally, and you say you have been dragging for what seems like a few days so I would imagine it's all in your head and you read somewhere t3 lowers your energy levels so your pointing your finger at it.

Take some caffeine and push threw it.

Your energy levels may suffer but for me that was at 100-125.

It could be the t3. Or you could be run down, or tired from dieting(which im guessing your doing if your taking t3) give it afew days see how you feel.

Wow, T3 and/or T4 give me a lot of energy. If I take it to late in the day I can have a hard time going to sleep. IMHO I think you need to catch up on your rest and drink a lot of fluids.

I'm taking 100mcg of T4/ed which is equivalent to 25mcg/ed of T3. I normally have good energy at that dosage. When I get off, I'm a little lethargic for a couple of days. I think you're body's adjusting to the T4. Hang in there. Are you taking anything else?

T3 cooks through your energy stores. Carbs first then fats and if you're not careful muscle. I'm always low energy when I'm cutting and on T3 my carbs get used up quickly leaving me listless.

Eat meticulous, train ridiculous for best results.

T3 rapidly depletes atp stores. Atp is your source for energy. Its what happens. You could try adjusting macros upping carbs.

I knew it was the t3 because I was sleeping long hours and needing naps which was very unlike me. I added clen a few days ago. Clen has always kept me awake and made it hard to sleep so now my energy is about average.

Thanks for your comments and suggestions! I rearranged my macros as well.
