Hi, I'm wondering why is not allowed to have more than just one account since there I haven't seen any rule to state that.

Admin can change the username of your account, I believe. The multiple account rule is just common sense. Otherwise, you could have one person using multiple accounts to promote a brand. It's a very wise precaution.
