    HGH Sustanon250 var cycle.

    Going start my second cycle Monday will be a 12 week cycle of Pharm grade eli lilly HGH 3iu ED, Pharm grade sustanon 250 500MG Pin twice a week and var 50mg every day . I have been on HGH for well over 2 months so far so adding the test and var should work very good with the hgh. also going to be running HCG 250 iu twice a week to protect my balls. also will be taking adex at .25 EOD and raloxifen at 60mg ED to protect agaist gyno while on cycle. for PCT Clomid and novladex. I will post my results and gains every week.

    starting weight 250 lbs 20% BF my goal 275 15% body fat

    my diet will be oatmeal in the morning with protein

    and lots of fish, salmon, chicken, lean steak, veggies and sweet potatos. eat every 2 to 3 hours.

    How long do you plan on running the HGH? I would find a way to stretch it out to 6 months at least even if I had to drop down to 1iu a day but 2iu would be nice.

    Body fat sounds a bit high and I think you will see better results if you wait until you get your fat down to 15% or lower and that should not be to hard to do with tweaking your diet and adding some cardio so you should only have to wait a couple more months but it will be worth it.

    You have to make sure to eat enough food to grow your muscles so don't starve your self. Get some eggs in there and healthy fats. As for the oatmeal don't buy the packaged instant oats, they are mostly sugar. Buy the good old big round box you have to boil for a couple of minutes.

    Pop into the nutrition center and see if you cant work out a real week long meal plan.

    i plan on staying on hgh for atleast a year, I just started using pharm grade eli lilly humatrope and in 2half months my skin is super smooth notice more fat loss better sleep and overall better mood. as for the oatmeal I only use the 100% natural oatmeal I never touch the instant stuff. the salmon will have plenty of healthy fats I also have fish oils to to get plenty of healthy fats to
