Im wondering if it's normal to feel 'off' or not quite as good as you did lets say a week ago once in a while? Throughout my brief journey so far Ive noticed some days I feel really good and am super happy about the progress I've made and then Ill have an off day or two or three etc and I wonder why don't I feel as good as day 'x' or week 'x'. So far those days have passed and then I have good days again but Im just wondering how common this is?
