hey guys im posting agian thanks for your advice before .I am now at 239 lbs 10% bf and id like to start a cutting cycle but everyone tells you this cycles is best and this so im weighing it out just would appreciate positive feed back on this perticular one
but first my diet,,

8am) starts with fish (tilapia)6oz with hot sauce greens mainly asparagus maybe some rice if i feel i need it

11am) next is a shake with n.o comes in the shake

2pm or 3 pm) then i workout after i eat chicken or more fish

6pm shake

9pm chicken and greans

drinks are mainly water or tea

cardio i do the 45 min at medium/high intensity on elliptical machine should i do more ??

my cycle is

test p 100 mg eod
primo 150mg eod
anavar 100 mg ed
clen 80mcg ed

pct is clomid n nolva
