This is more to track my results and maybe get some advice along the way.
Current weight 241.2lbs
Body fat percentage 25.2%
I should note I started a stricter diet and cardio plan 10 days ago but today is day 1 with t3. At start I was 245.4. Bf not known.
I won't list my entire diet but I have completely cut out soda and soda like drinks. Cut out all candies and fried foods. I was a 3 soda a day guy FYI so that alone should be a great benefit. I have replaced sugary cereals with better one such as Special K. And switched to skim milk from 2%. Avoiding breaded chicken. White bread and increased water intake. Many other diet adjustments, i wont list them all. I do cardio 6 days a week for approx 45 minutes. Or longer. Varying between treadmill, elliptical and biking. And weight training for 30 minutes to an hour depending on the day 5 days a week. My goal is to be under 200lbs and under 15% body fat.
I will update this weekly with new stats. Any suggestions for foods or exercises are welcome.
