I'm 21, been training well for 5 years, and at 190 pounds about 11% BF. So I have decided to run my first cycle and have been doing a lot of research on the subject matter. My goals for this cycle are to gain as much muscle as I can. I basically have a rough draft of my first cycle here and am posting it with questions I still have regarding specific things.
10 WEEK CYCLE
W 1-10 Test E - 500mg once a week
W 1-4 DBOL - 30mg ED (still undecided if I should use DBOL on first cycle)
W 1-12 Arimidex - 0.25mg EOD
PCT
start 2 weeks after last injection
W 14-16 Nolvadex - 40mg ED for first 2 weeks; drops to 20mg ED for last week
OR PCT of 6 weeks with Nolvadex for 40/40/40/20/20/10
Additional Questions:
1) I know of HCG and how its good for keeping baseline levels running, but im confused regarding its use. During cycle or PCT? Dosage? Any info regarding this and if/how I should use it appreciated
2) How much does diet change while on cycle? usually I ate the regular 500ish cals above maintenance but how does this change while on cycle
