Im running high doses of mast/tren(experienced user) Ive started cutting today but need to go shopping later and make a real food plan to follow.
My mainteanace is 3000 calories, so im looking at eating around that and using cardio etc to create my defict,

70 grams of fat.
Seems pretty fine for me. 405 if your around buddy ,let me know what you think.
