    Eating at maintenance. is 405 still around?

    Im running high doses of mast/tren(experienced user) Ive started cutting today but need to go shopping later and make a real food plan to follow.

    My mainteanace is 3000 calories, so im looking at eating around that and using cardio etc to create my defict,

    40 c
    20F

    thats my split im looking at using. Very basic, but no need to really overcomplicate things i find, this split has been tried and tested for many

    stats are

    5,11
    110kg
    Not sure on bodyfat.


    So ill be doing 300 p
    300 carbs
    70 grams of fat.

    Seems pretty fine for me. 405 if your around buddy ,let me know what you think.

    People like Eric helms, Layne Norten, etc, recommend a caloric deficit ratio of about 80% Diet/20% cardio.
    With that, you have still somewhere to go if you stall and want to lower calories any lower and you aren't starting with something like 7 days a week of cardio. See cardio more as a tool to burn some extra calories.

    So as said, if you stall at a point, you still have two options left.
