Sometimes I'll add .5 cup of frozen yogurt to my before bed protein shake. If it fits into my macros and is not loaded with refined sugar I go for it if I want it.

As long as I hit (or closely hit) my macros I enjoy what I want and my BF stays right where I want it (right now is 14% btw, right where I want it this time of the year).

Mix some protein powder with a LITTLE water so its like a thick pudding that you eat rather than drink. You can stir in peanut butter, oats, honey, etc.

My craving is coke (soda pop, I'm from Texas...we refer to all pop as coke)
And I can't stand the after taste of diet coke. Any suggestions??

    Stop drinking it LOL

I think you can made really low calorie sodas of your own with this thing called a soda stream. I used to have one and it's pretty good not sure how the macros are thought.

Other than that just don't drink it often and it's not a big deal.

    What about coke zero?

There are also other brands that use stevia in their products.

And being from the South, I concur with pop being coke

Coke Zero isn't too bad, but it's honestly better to just cut out all sweet drinks.

Thanks for all the responses guys.
I decided to just "hit it and quit it"
    Had my last coke today.
I'm excited I got that out the way.

If you drink diet for a few days maybe a week you'll get used to it and it's good. Going back to high fructose corn syrup "pop" will taste too sweet.

Thanks but for now I swore off the pop lol
I thought I would break yesterday but I kept strong and pushed through it.
I'll forget all about it in a week or so. (I hope)

Dammit, I really want one now.
