Take it all at once. Timing does not matter. Food or not doesn't matter. Just be consistent.

i was thinking of a TEST-E only cycle! 500mg/week... 12 week cycle
Age 30...
body fat little above 20%
5'8 (180 lbs)

and well i forgot to mention my KIDNEY STONE! which keeps giving me occasional pain!!....like a prick you know like it wants to remind me i am there inside...better miss me!! around 3mm a year back...now perhaps bigger..
what do you suggest....should i get rid of it first or is it manageable along the course??
What can be the complications if i go ahead with my stone!??
