    Meal i ate today and question

    I ate spaghetti which is a bad carb but I had low carbs...Tbh can I cut out carbs all together Im doing workouts muscles for 3 days with 15min of HIIT and for the 3 other days im doing 20minutes of HIIT with 20minutes of jogging.

    Advice please

    Yes. You can indeed cut out all carbs and adopt something called a 'ketogenic' diet.
    I'm not sure if it's optimal for someone with your stats but it can be done

    Basic macronutrient ratios are 5% carbs / 35-40% protein / 55-60% fats

    Basically you switch carbs for fats. This will eventually deplete your body of glycogen (prefered energy source of the body) and will force the body to use your body fat (or ketones I think) as fuel.
    You'll feel like death for the first week but after should be ok. Not an expert on keto but I have tried it once and it worked wonders for the time frame I did it in.

    It's also best to do this as a short term diet, as in no longer than 10 weeks or so. (Haven't done enough research to see how its sustainable long term)


    And as a closing note... **** the ham, get the god damn chicken breast if you are so worried about carbs.
