First cycle in 12 years. Suggestions and help appreciated.

    Hello all,
I am 6'4 280lbs and 33 years old, I used to be 332 lbs and through diet and a lot of excercise dropped to 265 lbs but have since put some weight back on. My main concern is losing remainder of gut and love handles which i have hit a plateau and am having realy hard time losing any more weight. I am looking to start a test prop 100 mg every other day and 80 mcg of clen every day. I had a friend suggest also adding winny to it. Any suggestions or help anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated

I think i would try to reduce my BF a bit more before beginning a cycle. Generally, higher BF equals increased risk for sides, particularly estrogen related.

Have you been to the Nutritional/Diet Forum for some help setting up a proper diet? Use your TDEE (approx 3360cals) and begin/reduce from there. You can also get tips on how to best manipulate your macros.

I think you will be very disappointed with this cycle since it will not give you the results you mentioned if you cant do it now with just diet. The results you mentioned, you want to see can be attained by dieting. The steroids will not do this for you in any way. What they will do is allow you to maintain more muscle or even continue building while you loose fat by dieting.

Post up your current diet for us and i'm sure we can start there and see why you have hit this plateau you speak of.

Good luck and IMO the results you are after can be reached by simply tuning up your diet, not with steroids. Once the diet is in check and you reach a lower BF%, then we can see what cycle would be best for you.

My diet is not all that bad. Breakfast is typically oatmeal or eggs with glass of milk and oj. lunch is usually a turkey, ham,or tuna sandwich on wheat bread with cheese and mayo. Dinner varies but always a type of meat and potatoes. I drink maybe a can of soda a day. Drink beer maybe once every 3 months. My biggest problems I believe are I drink 3/4 gallon of one percent milk every day and about half gallon of juice wether its apple, orange, or grape juice. I jog every day and my job is delivering appliances so i'm constantly carrying heavy weight.

I cut out cheese and switched bread to Ezekiel bread. Also tried cutting out sugar as much as possible. Do you eat any greens? How about nuts? And a lil tip for mayo. Try plain Greek yogurt mixed with Dijon as a substitute. (This is what I do)
