If there were women like that in my gym, I would certainly be motivated to train harder, Damn those are some hot fit women. Too bad more women aren't even close to that dedicated. I guess it's easier to get hair and nails done and buy a fancy purse and shoes to try and look good.

More women should have your outlook and dedication, too many have just given up and would rather hate themselves instead of getting off their asses and doing something about it. Getting compliments on your hard work is worth the pain and suffering it takes to achieve it.
There is a gal at work that was genetically slender until she reached mid age. She seems to be packing on the pounds and keeps telling me I am wasting my time bc eventually I am going to gain weight. I hear it from my wife all the time "it's too hard, the weight just doesn't come off, it's so easy for you", all excuses. If she just put the time and effort in for more than a few weeks, she would start to see results. It isn't easy for me, I just work my ass off and have some self control, lol.

She knows all about nutrition, we have been at this for a long time, she just can't stay with it for more than a few months. Once the novelty wears off she just stops, don't know what is going on in her head. I don't push it any more, it is what it is, I just do my thing hoping one day she will jump on the train with me. We are getting old, 42, so she needs to figure it out soon for her future health.
