okay for first cycle but not good enough if you're a serious bodybuilder.
250mg puts me over 2000 free test
so it definatly will gives an edge...
and I gained 7 pounds on 200mg in 3months...
on the other hand...
on 525mg props ive gained over 16pounds in 2 months...
if you going to PCT I would not advice under 350mg/week.
and ideally 400-600mg for a first cycle.
be sure your test is well dosed cause running 200mg of underdosed can be pretty damn useless...
if you are in TRT then its is not a cycle... it is a cruise.
and cruising a 200mg is usual.
Looking to add 10 pnds of quality muscle in the next couple months or so, assisted by a good diet and 5-6 days a week of hitting it hard.
Should I save up my vials and just run a 12 weeker, 500mgs followed up by proper PCT? Or cruise for 6 months on 200mgs.
I'm thinking 6 months on a lower dose might yield the same results as 3 months at 500mgs?
If this is your first cycle. You might want to read: http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...rst-cycle.html
being a 6 month on TRT will yield good results for sure.
try it 6-12months. you wont be disapointed.
Very few people actually need 200mg's per week for TRT. Consider getting dialed in via blood work first before anything else. I'd also suggest you start at a lower dose (say 100 per week) and titrate up if needed after 6-week BW. You'll hopefully avoid sides this way, maybe aleviate the need for an AI as well. If your free T comes back good on 100mgs or so the rest of your T can be stocked up as long as you continue to fill your script on the 200mg time line. It's exactly what I do. I'm written for 200 per my request but only use around 120 to have great numbers. Remember total serum T means nothing. It's free T you need to monitor.
More isn't better for TRT. Better is better.
yea that's called blasting! no PCT needed of course, simply go back to your prescribed TRT protocol.
