Help with Adex dosage

Alright so Im on week 7 of a 500 test e 250 deca cycle.Have made some great gains and felt like a monster up until this week. I completely lost libido, nipples started to get sore, extremely moody and cant recover from lifts. I got bloodwork yesterday but wont get results for a few days. I went ahead and ordered adex liquid thanks to the advice on here and recieved it today. Im going to start using today because Im almost sure its high estrogen as this has happened to me in the past. Im 175 pounds at the moment. What dose should i start at? I was thinking start with .5 as a front load then do .25 for two days. the. .25 eod. Id appreciate any input or advice.

no i have not. I was mis informed that because my cycle was so low this time that i shouldn't worry. Now i know thats complete bullshit. Luckily I was able to overnight some.

You may need to go with something a more potent than Adex at this point, but wait for the more experienced members chime in.

.5 ed is where I would start now to reduce your sides and not fluctuate my dosage

ok sounds good thats what ill do. Its crazy how the opinions vary so much as far as dosage. Ive heard some say that any more than .25 a day is too much and some up to 1 a day.

Normally you should run arimidex at .25 from beginning and blood work is only tell your correct dosage.

Agree with Derek. I'd start with .5 eod for a week or two and then drop it back down. When you pull BW you want an E2 Sensitive Assay. Not standard estradiol.

thanks for the advice. i took .5 today. Will taking .5 ed for the first 2 to 3 days help speed up process and kickstart my libido back up then go to eod for a week or so followed by another decrease if im feeling better? or would i be risking reducing estrogen down too much right off the bat? one more question.. would it be ok to take my 500 test e every 5 or 6 days rather than once a week to keep my hormones a bit more stable throughout the week while keeping the deca at once a week? i tried splitting the dosage previously and for some reason feel it better when doing 500 at a time.

The more you take the more it works but there's a fine line. If the only side your experiencing now is libido I'd do what I originally recommended. Again, BW is the key here and should be step #1. You should be splitting your test dose to 250 twice per week. This in and of itself will help to reduce aromitization by virtue of less injected = less turnover to E. Deca's fine once per week or split that as well. Your call.
