next day injection pain???? how to reduce it ?

Hi all i just started my cycle"test e" 500mg weekly.... 2nd week threw 2 injections down
every time i inject it doesnt hurt...
but the next day man i tell ya i feel it?
anything u guys to do Reduce the pain next day????
ive been told massaging it after you jabbed works ??
and training so the Oil spreads around??
advice would be great thanks guys

It will get easier as you go along and
your technique will be sharper which will help

Fvck massaging, always made it worse for myself

Heat the oil(I heat mine over a cook top in the syringe), inject fairly slow then heat the injected area(I hold my shoulder or arm over the stove top, if it's my ass that gets the shot I run hot water over it in the shower).


But, some gear will hurt no matter what - this is either caused by contamination or a high alcohol content - with high alcohol content gear I add additional GSO @ a 1 to 2 ratio.

Also, virgin muscle does take a little time to break in - when it's your first round, the pain is undodgeable

Inject slowly. But honestly pain was normal for me for several weeks. Severe pain. Good luck

I usually run my stick under warm water, with the cap on for sure, don't keep jacking with it, just one good hit, I always get a friend to do it, also switch cheeks each time
