Mondays: 7 ui Insulin a.m, .75 ML of Dragons blood, two hour training chest and forearms
Tues: no gear/supps
Weds: 7 UI insulin a.m, .75 ML of dragons Blood, Two hour training tris, biceps, shoulders
Thurs:no gear/supps
Fri:7 UI insulin a.m, .75 ML of Dragons Blood, Two hour-three session, Cardio then legs (all parts)
Sat:Off
Sun:Off
Sleeping 9 Hours a day
eating 4200 , 4600 Into 6 meals
