Hello all,
30 years old, gym rat for over a decade. I have good understanding of proper workout, importance of proper nutrition and have been a clean lifter. Now in a period of life where I am looking for some guidance and direction for "supplements" I can't buy at the local GNC. Not the traditional 18 or 20 year old ...so looking for serious guidance and help. Any suggestions on a starting point on these threads. Much appreciated!
