Question HGH feeling tired Help please*

Hey all just started hgh at 2iu every morning and I go to say I feel extremely tired all day long. Should I take hgh at night before I go to bed instead of the morning?

if it were me, without asking you your goals, I'd suggest switching to whole fresh fruit as your carb source. I'm eating a piece of fruit ever two hours or so at work, and it makes a big difference in my energy levels

Thanks man! Great Idea!! I knew it had to do with me eating basically no carbs and the fruit will be a great stimulate. My goals is another 5 pounds or so of lean mass and some fat loss. I'm 228 about 13-15 percent body fat.

HGH is an insulin agonist so make sure you don't eat carbs for about 45 minutes after administering HGH.

I've been on HGH for about 3 months and i have the same problem. I'm currently taking 2.5 ius and when I went up to 3ius I could barely stay awake.

I went through the same thing the last go round I had with hgh (9 month cycle). It didn't happen before... Are you cycling as well?
