So i am curious on blast and cruise. i get the idea of cycling high dosages then cruising on lower dosages. but how long does one normally do this for? I am sure this method is popular in the fitness industry. not just bodybuilders but lets say fitness models. so how popular is blast n cruise here on this board? and can you recuperate after a blast n cruise? i know it vary from the person.. but is it possible or do you blast n cruise assuming that the next step is TRT?
