    Looking to not be a fat boy anymore.........

    Starting a light workout routine.......and a better diet all around. Would winstrol help? or tren? I dont know how much to take and what to supplement it with. And if i need anything to come off of it when the cycle is done.......Im a serious newbie. Im looking for a fat burner and something to build some lean muscle without getting hugely carried away.........I'm naturally a fairly big guy, and feel very comfortable at 245.....Im 6'1, 277 as we speak.....

    ok.......Ive been reading on here for about two hours.......Im still lost...lol. The biggest thing Ive read is to start with a testosterone ONLY first cycle......and basically keep it light. And already have a good eating regiment already in action before any cycle is started. Any advice?

    You just started a light workout routine and think dangerous substances injected into your body are the solution to weight loss? They aren't. They also aren't to be taken lightly by anybody.

    Diet and cardio with a good lifting regimen are all you need to see great results as a beginner. Visit our diet section and read the cutting 101 sticky at the top of that page and work out your bespoke plan so we can advise better.

    Diet diet diet. That's what u need. Simple answer. Find ur tdee and eat 500 caloires below that number.
