    Advice Needed

    Hello All,

    I am Ansh & I have a really weak skinny figure. I am 5 feet 6 Inch tall and I weight around 110 Pounds.
    I want to gain 50 Pounds more.

    I have the following Steroids with me available :

    Anadrol 50 - 50 Tabs
    Deca Durabolin 250 : 10 Ampules of 1ml Each
    Dianabol 10mg - 50 Tabs
    Testosterone Propionate : 10 Ampules of 1ml Each

    How do I use these ? For how long ? And what would be the best way to use these & how often. If anyone who is an expert can advise would be really great. I am totally new to this, But I have hit the Gym for almost 1 year and got no gain, so leaned towards these steroids to gain up muscle.

    Please advice a cycle of how to use the above.

    You don't need steroid they wont help you at this stage, even if you did use them you will lose everything you gained after you stopped taking them and shutting down your natural testosterone would of been pointless. You need to learn how to eat properly and be able to maintain new size/mass natural with your diet and you need to learn how to train to build new muscle tissue. Head over to the nutrition and training sections and post what your eating and how you train and we will be able to help you out.

    Yeah man ..
    At 110 lbs, your nutrition plan needs lots of modification ..
    List your diet so members can help u out.

    I can totally relate to your frustrations. When I graduated college at age 22 I was 5'11" and weighed 134 pounds. I lifted for more than two years prior and although I was toned, I was not gaining any weight. It was not until I learned how to eat that I started to gain mass. I tried steroids when I was younger and would gain about 25 pounds of water weight and withing three months of stopping would lose 23 pounds again. But, once I started eating properly I slowly started to put on real muscle and was able to retain more from steroids too. Now, I am in my 40's and weigh over 200 pounds. It is a slow process but it has to be a lifestyle and there is no quick way to pack on and keep muscle without first understanding your body and what foods it needs to grow. You are on the right path as you stated you have worked out for a year. But, now what you need to work on is your food intake and that will make a world of difference. Good luck.

    Bro go into the nutrition section and learn there first. It helped me gain 20 lbs
