No, im sure it is in the small print or wording somewhere. Double no if they send you your money back.

BBB wont do anything but its still good to report them. Also find other feedback sites to leave negative feedback.

Thanks fellows...I will try the suit, including negative feedback and hope for the best corrective action. But how could such scams still exit in America. This company advertise for alternative Viagra made at low cost somewhere in india but then they shipped to something else? what a crappy bastardy company?

You wont win. Waste of money and someone isn't going to spend thousands to recoup hundreds.

They already got you. As you stated it says alternative. That means not the same.

    Sue them for 59,95 ?

I'm not sure what a lawyer cost where you live but I'm sure it's a lot than 60 $?

What is FTC or bbb ? Or those deal with scammed products without charging you?

FTC is the federal trade commission and BBB is the better business bureau.

I will explain. First, FTC will do nothing. The purpose of the FTC is to shut down or investigate businesses for excessive complaints. They do not investigate or respond to individual complaints. So that won't do anything for you. The short answer: If you used a credit card simply file a dispute with your card under the pretense 'Item - Not as described'. That is an easy open and shut case in your favor. Just be sure to follow through with the charge back steps.

Don't be a pest with the BBB and FTC unless you don't get your money back from the dispute.

I missed the part where you stated they 'promised to refund me my money'. If that is the case, then that should be enough if they did / do refund you. If they don't refund you then follow through the steps I mentioned. But don't be the guy who complains just to complain. If you got your money back there is no further action needed.

Since Viagra is a prescription medication and you were trying to purchase it online, I am not sure you have a legitimate complaint. If you try to buy street drugs from someone and you get ripped off, you cannot call the cops to get your money back. When trying to legally get money back for something you have to have "clean hands" so to speak; meaning you were not doing something wrong to begin with. The BBB is a joke, as they do not do anything other than make a report about a company that others can see online. But, since it is illegal to sell a pharmaceutical without a prescription they would probably get in less trouble for sending a dietary supplement than selling the real thing. It sucks that you may have been ripped off, but in these situations it can be difficult to find a meaningful form of retaliation.
