    Advice needed

    Hello to all.
I want to start a test E cycle,so i have few questions and i need advice.

    Age:39
    Height:1.70 (5.6')
    Weight:80kg(176 lbs)
    Body fat:16-18%
    Experience:8 months(6 times per week)

Before 4 months ago,i did my first cycle,it was anavar only cycle,50mg/ED for 5 weeks.I had to stop it at week 5 after getting more knowledge about gear.I had some good results, but side effects too, like:high cholesterol, dead libido etc.My PCT was:Nolva 40/40/20/20.
My questions are:At my age,is it ok to run test E or any gear?If yes, should i drop to 15% or less BF or 16-18% is fine?
Thanks a lot about any feedback...
P.S. Sorry for my english(is not my native language)

How do you think your ready for steroids?????
8 months experience in the gym?? Cmon man. Build a frame first!
Your tendons and ligament can't handle anything yet. You asking for an injury!

Yes test e is fine for your age it's reccomended you wait until your 25 so you hpta will fully develop and your growth plates will be fully fused, which by 39 they are, I'm glad you stopped the anavar cycle at 5 weeks, although you should've done more research before hand, but better late than never.

As far as your body fat %15 is reccomended and what most will reccomend here, but 16-17% isn't to awful bad, if you can see any abdominal definition than your good to go, if not your diet should be alot better before your cycle because after all diet and workout routine play a big role in the results you get from steroids, it's not just magic.

You said you've been training for 8 months, correct? If that's the case than you should train naturally for at LEAST 3 years, steroids should not be used on someone with no base for a plethora of reasons, do some research and you will easily find out why, after 8 months of weightlifting you havent built a solid enough base to even consider AAS.

Your age is fine. The purpose of building a frame naturally first is to make sure your body is strong. Your ligaments, tendons, etc. Also, it shows that you have proper lift teqnique and you know what your doing in the gym. Not just throwing around weights and sweating.
You don't even have a full year of training yet. Steroids will give your muscles strength that the rest of you is not ready for. If you do cycle, do it with extreme caution and focus on teqnique and a proper training split. You will be at risk for injury.
As for recovery.......everyone is different. Your not too old, but your risk for TRT is elevated. Chances are you will recover just fine with a basic Test only cycle.

Your age is fine but you need to build a base..... yes, you should drop your bf down to the low teens and dig into how to eat right. With your stats cycling is a waste. Reach your genetic potential and build a solid frame. Yes, this is a years worth of work but when you do cycle the results will be much more satisfying.

Please don't touch AAS. The info you gave shows you have little experience with not only training but diet. Training for 8 months is NOT enough to even consider cycling, plus 16-18%bf is way too high, you need to learn to diet and gain naturally for a few more years, trust me you can go along way naturally without AAS. The truth Is you will gain nothing from AAS at this stage you're in and probably hurt yourself.

I've been training for 20 years and living a lifestyle that has always been geared towards fitness and diet and still consider myself a newbie concerning bodybuilding. Again, training for 8 months is a great start but "NOT" enough to even consider cycling. It will be a waste of time, energy, and $$. Give yourself a few years and build a foundation. Plus read this... http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...rst-cycle.html. Cheers!
