Hey everyone
I have lost lot of weight since last year and a half ago about 80 lbs, have been working out hard 5 days a week for the last almost 2 years. My weight loss results were great but as far as muscle goes i am not happy. So i am planning to do my first cycle and need an idea of what would work the best.
I like to gain lean mass as much as possible, also would like to see my six pack by the summer if possible.
My stats are:
5'9"
33yrs
195lbs
bf% unknown (i have attached a pic)
