    Need an idea for a first cycle

    Hey everyone

    I have lost lot of weight since last year and a half ago about 80 lbs, have been working out hard 5 days a week for the last almost 2 years. My weight loss results were great but as far as muscle goes i am not happy. So i am planning to do my first cycle and need an idea of what would work the best.
    I like to gain lean mass as much as possible, also would like to see my six pack by the summer if possible.

    My stats are:

    5'9"
    33yrs
    195lbs
    bf% unknown (i have attached a pic)

    After reading the sticky this is what i am gonna start with

    Week 1-12 Test E 500mg/week
    Week 1-12 hCG 500 iu/week
    Week 1-14 Arimidex 0.25mg EOD
    Week 1-12 N-Acetyl Cysteine 600mg/day
    Week 16-18 Clomid 100/50/50/50 & Nolvadex 40/20/20/20

    spot on but i don't think there is any need for 100mg of clomid.

    Clomid 75,50,50,50
    Nolva 40,20,20,20

    What kind of diet should i be on? And while on gear should i be on surplus or deficit calories?

    That's a question only you can answer buddy do you want to continue cutting which is what I would do or bulk....This is the stuff you should know before starting..good luck

    You need to decide if you are going to bulk or cut. Pick one and stick with it. Do not start your cycle until you plan your diet.

    This ^^. Along this same line of thinking, do not start your cycle until you have all ancillaries on hand as well.

    Is it possible to bulk first and cut second on the same cycle, or do i need to do two separate ones?

    Bulk first, but throw in 2/3 cardio sessions a week in the morning on an empty stomach, itll keep the fat loss down and also your BP

    Tom just eat good do cardio and there will be no need to cut. Lots of ppl think to much in to this bulk and cut thing just don't get a big fat fvcker then starve yourself to see your hard work.

    Looking at my picture that i have attached do i still need to lose more fat before i start my cycle or i am good to go and when i start my first cycle and eat just little bit over my tdee do you think i can gain muscle and lower my bf% at the same time, or do i need to be right at my tdee?

    Your bf is not bad in your pic imo but if it is over 15% then you could get more sides from your cycle this will be up to you if you start. To bulk as they say yes eat about 500 over your tdee's to lose weight - 3-500 under to stay the same eat your tdee's for that weight.
    As for losing bf and gain well you could if you eat very good do cardio and train good hope this helps tom.

    I am sorry if this is a stupid question but i am trying to understand the whole steroid cycle thing i want to get educated little bit more. What do steroids help do to our body when we are at tdee and work out hard for 5 days a week? Or when we eat 500 over tdee.
    This is the same concept as if being natural. You want to gain you eat 500 calories more or if you want to lose you eat 500 less.

    Now when on steroids and eating at the same calories do we gain more muscle in short period of time, or when in caloric deficit do we keep our muscle and lose only the fat?
