    calories

    Some time i don't have time to cook rice or potato
    Can i take my calories from banana and how many calories in one banana

    That just depend on your macros needed and your food timing. Bananas and fruit are going to spike your insulin levels. I like having fruit first thing in the am and post workout. There are other carbs that you can eat that do not require as much planning. Rice cakes whole wheat crackers Ezekiel bread muffins etc

    Use an online app for food macros. Myfitnesspal is my preferred app at this moment.

    I learned that because of how the sugar from fruit is processed most will not spike insulin levels. I go off of GI,II, and glycemic load. Where did you learn different? Not saying your wrong just wondering.

    Powdered oats are as good as most carbs.
