    1 day out people

    Last time i posted my pics from 4 weeks out i was 172lbs since then i have lost an additional 15lbs and weight about 157lbs.
    Hopefully i do good. Enjoy.

    Ive already had it removed once. I find that when i get on stage and i am doing the diuretics the gyno shrinks down and is completly invisible. But yes eventually i will have it cut out again. You should have seen it before. YUk!

    You were one day out on the 12th. That means you have already competed. How did you do?
