Hey folks,
David here, im 27yrs old, 5'10 at 14st 9lb from the uk and been training for the best part of 2 years.
Started out just in the gym but then started mixing up crossfit. Now im hooked and want to shift the body fat right down.
Im strong but can always be stronger and my metcon is terrible along with my overall physique (chubby ha)
Just here to do some research and ask some questions into my very first cycle.
