High LH/FSH, low sperm count post PCT bloods

I had some post PCT bloods done a couple of days after i finished a 5 week Clomid/Aromasin PCT

Done in an Australian pathology (not sure if other units are used outside Aus)

FSH: 10.2 IU/L
LH: 6.0 IU/L
Prolactin: 5 mIU/L
Oestradiol: 73 pmol/L
Testosterone: 19.3 nmol/L
SHBG: 36 nmol/L
Free test: 377 pmol/L

I am waiting to do a proper sperm test, but I have done one of those take-home tests and failed. (Sperm count under 20 million)

Since FSH is high, shouldn't sperm count be high? What should I do from here? I started taking proviron at 100mg ED as it improves mobility and spermogenesis.

Dosage for the improvement of sperm quantity and quality is one 25mg tablet taken two or three times per day for a cycle of spermatogenesis - about 90 days.

If your problem is postpuberal Leydig-cell insufficiency, the dose is one 25mg tablet twice per day for several months.

I don't think taking more will help you.

Do you have a recent PSA?

Sperm concentration: <1million
Sperm motility: 76%
Sperm morphology: 4%

I'm seeing my GP tonight. Any advise?

Motility is normal.

Morphology depends on what scale is used. Most doctors are using the Kruger strict scale, which would indicate morphology is normal.

Concentration is low.

How long have you been taking the Proviron? Was it prescribed by your doctor?

If you are trying to complete a spermatogenesis cycle and haven't had one recently, a PSA would be a good idea.
