Hi I am 6ft 200pnds and running my first cycle 500mg test 300mg deca a week and 40mg dbol a day its been 8 weeks everything is going pretty good but would like opinion on cal intake as my weight is kinda stuck at 200lb . Also got stuck at same weight for bench press 120kg and squats at 150kg for 3 weeks hitting gym 6 times a week atleast 2 hours a day . Any advise . Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Forum
