    ****Upcoming Cycle and Meal Plan****

    Hey guys just getting ready for my upcoming cycle and see what your suggestions and comments are:

    Stats:
    Age: 27
    BF: 19% will be 15% when I start my cycle
    Height: 5-11
    Diet: See Link
    Goals: Lean Muscle 10% BF
    Target Date: July 2nd 2015
    Lifting For 10+ years
    College Athlete
    Location: Manhattan NY

    Previous Cycles:

    Test E Only for 12 weeks 500mg


    Upcoming Cycle(March 26th First Pin)(Last Pin July 2nd)

    Week 1-14 Testosterone-Enanthate 2xweek @ 250mg Pin Thursday & Sunday
    Week 1-14 Arimidex 0.5mg/eod
    Week 7-14 Winstrol 50mg/eod
    Week 15-17(vaca) Nothing
    Week 18-19 Nolvadex 40mg per day
    Week 20-21 Nolvadex 20mg per day

    can I add anything to this cycle to make it more effective to reach my target or exceed my expectations?

    Either *obolics *labs or *iberty *abs or your suggestions for current best ugl

    1 Week prior to first pin Blood work
    Week 7 Blood Work
    Week 22 Blood work

    Diet SEE POST #2 FOR LINK

    Lift: Sun,Tue,Wed,Fri,Sat will also consist of walking on incline for 20 min
    (Sunday nights I have Ice hockey games)
    Cadio: off days HIT 35-40 Min with abs and core I also sit in sauna for 40 min

    Anything I can take for acne and possible hair loss?

    Any suggestions would be great. thank you guys!!! Happy 2015
