I just got liquathy from ppl. My question is should I use it or reture it and get the real t3 cytomel? if not how should I use the liquathy please?

i would try to return it and get ahold of the real deal as you will know exactly how much you are taking.

that could be crucial since t3 is not something to guess with.

erring on the side of caution here is much less risky.

If I remember right the liquathy is not actually t-3. Can someone help this guy out who knows for sure.

It is just a liquid form of T-3 if I am not mistaken. You should be able to use it with no problem.
