    Proposed first cycle

After my cut which will hopefully end at the start of June, I want to make steady lean gains throughout with minimal fat gain, so naturally that will require me to be on a very slight surplus of about 100-200 calories. Hopefully this cycle will increase the nutrient partitioning within my body and amplify the muscle building process.

    - Age : 23
    - Sex : M
    - Height : 5'8
    - Weight : Will be 165 after the cut.
    - Body Fat Percentage : After the cut, 10-12%
    - Detailed cycle history : None
    - Training history : 3 years consistently, 2 of those properly following a 5x week split. Only recently changed it to a push/legs/pull so I can recover from HIT style training.
    - Medical conditions and/or injuries : Incapable of OHP due to bicep/shoulder pain.

    - Compounds used : Test En
    - Duration each compound will be used : 12 - 14 Weeks
    - How much are you injecting : 500mg per week
    - Injection/administration frequency : 2x a week (i.e. Monday + Thursday)
    - Supporting drugs and peptides such as hCG and aromatase inhibitors (also dosing and frequency) : HCG is available, AI's I only have access to letrozole
    - Post cycle therapy drugs (if applicable) including duration and doses : Nolvadex at 40,40,20,20 to be taken every day from weeks 1-4 respectively

Not going to be kickstarting with any orals, just want to use the test and see how it goes come June. Posting this now so I can get some solid advice from the more knowledgeable so that I do not have the opportunity to screw up when the time comes and can plan adjustments if needed.

    As always, keep it real.

    Thanks for readng.

You are 23?! Cuttin it close why not wait? Just sayin...

Clomid or Torem for PCT - if you can't get them look up to the right im pretty sure their research is shippable? If not run the Nolva for 6 wks 10/10 May need to but why chance it(& try to get clomid as they work in synergy together

Letro is harsh be careful... Very easy to crash your E2 again if sponsor does... They have liqidex or Stane

Everything else looks good but you've got plenty of time to get the required ancilleries

There is no rush for me to start cycling. I can wait until I turn 24 which won't be long, however I have this weird urge to try roids out, I guess reading about them a lot has gotten me intrigued. I can get the ancillaries shipped at a higher cost or locate another domestic source (which would take a while), but since you did point out a fair argument that I am only 23, I think time is an abundance at the moment.

Yeah let's scrap this idea then.

Which age would you recommend I begin at the minimum? There's alot of different opinions and I've come across numbers from 20 - 30. So I'm confused in this aspect.

Endos and this site recommends 25...

I know what it's like to have everyone around you doing em but yourself... Believe me this I didn't start young and very glad I didnt... You have an edge just from the knowledge on training and dieting which is the key to success! I wish I knew what I do now 10 yes ago lol... And I'm still new to this!

You sound way ahead of your time so to speak... Use this time to nail down your nutrition and training to see what makes you grow(thicker/bigger/& leaning out comes w/great diet....

    Best of luck!

That's great... At your height you actually have an advantage... Are you a true mesomorph? If so you'll have no problem gaining once you nail your diet... make your goal 10% b4 your cycle at as high of a weight as possible but lean you'll have great results(read the prime by Marcus)

Unsure about my bodytype completely. But I do have issues getting lean, it's mentally very tough because it happens very very slow, regardless of having a -500 caloric deficit (3,500 over a week) through carb cycling, keto, IIFYM, whatever. But I don't look at the scale religiously. I use it as a guideline and mostly look at the mirror and take weekly pictures to see progress.
So getting to that 10% will no doubt be one of the most difficult tasks I'll have to go through. To tell the 100% truth, I am struggling now mentally. The nutrition section has benefited alot though, especially that eating thread. Gives me different options so I don't get bored of the same food.

Yeah luckily I've learned to kinda just eat plain(but a lil butter and paprika) can go a long way... Lol. But Bio has a great grilling recipe... I'm gonna try that one

Have you gotten BW done to see your baselines(don't forget that) that way you can compare to after pct)

Of course it's gonna be tough, at your age I didn't have the diet dedication.... Your body is still changing so once it reaches homeostasis(after hormones gave matured) your diet should start to work better w/your body, but get your thyroid panel when you do your bw...

According to the website, thats what I am

And not sure if you remember, but I posted in the lounge my test + t4 results I got from a check up.
I'll give you them here again. Pretty upset with them tbh.

    Serum TSH level - 5.39mIU/L Range: 0.51-4.30
    Serum free T4 level - 13.4 pmol/L Range: 12.60 - 21.00
    Serum testosterone (BP) level - 22.2nmol/L Range: 9.20 - 55.80nmol/L

I got dealt a semi-bad hand, but I have blessings in other places too so it's a trade off.

Oh yeah the thyroid... I'd get that looked at... By a specialist! Just to be safe and see if there's anything that hey can do.... B/c hypothyroidism causes hypogonadism(I think I said that in the lounge) lol

Stay in the nutrition sec and start a log to be accountable, or join the what are you eating thread it's done wonders for me

Will do Nach. I've actually booked an appointment with my doc to have a chat about my bloods on May 1st and see my possible options.

I really appreciate the time you've spent helping me out in this thread. All my concerns have been answered and I am reading the prime right now. Essentially looks like depleting glycogen stores then refilling them, but not the point that over spilling occurs.
I might try this for a couple weeks for my cut (replacing the carbs with protein slowly, rather than just cutting carbs) and see if it has any impact, even though carb cycling didn't do much for me.
