    Clean bulk shopping list

    As above looking for some inspiration

    Rice, potatoes/sweet potatoes, chicken, frozen mixed veggies, hot sauce, oatmeal, eggs/egg whites, personally I loved bagels as a pre workout snack on a bulk. Maybe even some poptarts those are my go tos. I clean bulked on about 3200cals, was awesome eating so many carbs.....

    Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, low fat cheese sticks, chicken, red meat (round or loin), fish, turkey, pork, nuts, fruit, eggs, oatmeal, granola, cream of wheat, cream of rice, frozen veggies, pre made salads, low fat Italian dressing, peanut butter. Basically anything that is unprocessed. Man there is so much. Bodybuilding has a lot of awesome recipes as does this site. Hope this helps
