10:00 - 3 eggs with 3 slice of bread and glass milk
12:30 Two sandwich with cheese and ham.
14:00 Weight gainer shake ( about 900 calories 250carbs and 50g protein)
16:30 Dinner that my parents make, so that could be anything.
19:00 Two Sandwich with cheese and ham and a protein shake.
21:30 4 slices of bread with something random on it and a glass of milk.
