Acne and competing

Has any one gotten on stage with acne and or bad acne? If so how did u go about covering it up?

I imagine the heavy tanning will mask scars and most acne.
If you have an issue with acne:
-might need to check e levels
-Dr. Bronners soap is awesome
-Austinites acne protocol has helped myself quite a bit: zinc 25mg am/pm, B5 3.5g am/pm(look up his post for full stack/details)

The competition tan hides a lot. I always recommend having your tan sprayed on, not the do it yourself stuff. The spray looks much better and will do a much better job at hiding blemishes you want hidden.

schmicc after a workout I use rubbing alcohol then when I get home I lay in the tanning ben for 20 min. then shower I use my tanning bed to dry them up metalject is right the professional spray tan is the way to go im older now and don't have those issues but the tanning bed does help much for me just saying what works for me good luck

Minocycline & estrogen and DHT management have cleared all my pimples. Thank God. They were getting gnarly on my shoulders!

Also you can use Nizoral shampoo and wash your body with it, there is some evidance that it blocks DHT receptor and can lower the occurrence of hair lose as well as acne...
