Hi I've been learning a lot from this forum. Although This is my first post, I've been researching on here for 6 months or more. There is a lot of good info on here.

I would like some opinions on my next cycle. I am planning:

Tbol: wk1-4 50mg ED
Wk 1-16 test e 500mg
Wk1-16 primo e 750mg
Wk 6-16 mast p 375mg

AI adex
Pct is nova and clomid

I'm 23, 5' 11" 225 and around 15 percent BF

So are you bulking or cutting? Kinda long for a cut and mast at the end is effective if you get your bf pretty low. Are you planning on using hcg? You stated your next cycle.....how many have you done?

I've ran two test and dbol cycles.

I've never ran hcg, and I don't know much about it.

You should look into it.....you will recover better then without.

I am going to say 10% and less. I have used clen a few times but prefer t3 or t4. Not overly impressed with clen.

I've heard you loose energy and muscle pump when on t3, did you experience that? What do you recommend for dosage of t3 and how long to you take it?

I'll research more on hcg. How much hcg would I need for the cycle I listed above?

I'm a huge fan of Primo... Love it on a cut aswell but use the Depot instead of the e... I like running shorter esters on a cut but it doesn't matter... Duet and training will dictate the cut or bulk!

Im guessing around 15 percent. What is the most accurate way to find out BF percentage?

As of now I can only get primo e that I know is real.

Either way as long as it's real primo!

BODPOD is accurate! Hydrostatic weighing! BodPod is your best bet $$$ wise!

IMHO I would get your bf down to 12 if you want to see the results your looking for! What's your goal bf% at end of cycle?

My goal is 11. But my long term goal is to be under 10.
