Help me stop cycle - pct

Hello. I know youve read thousands of these but again i made mistake starting a cycle. Iam too young and unexperienced.
For 5 days ive been drinking oral winstrol 50mg a day and 1 restandol capsule each morning i have tamox and clomid for pct, how do i consume it for this amount of steroid usage.
