Clen didnt do very much for me personally. To be honest I dont see why so many people talk so highly of it. I went up to 120mcg daily and would take two week breaks between my two week intervals. But after six two week runs, I dont think it did anything. (Other than make me feel hot, gave me headaches and the jitters) Let me know if you had a better result. I truly think it is really for the body builder trying to go from 7%bf to 6%bf, and not someone who is really trying to drop 20lbs.
