Hi, today I started taking 6mg ED of exemestane as supplement. I’m not on any hormone, its simply for optimizing test / E2 ratio.
Could that have any side effect or any rebound after dropping it?
I planned to do that for 1-2 weeks.

What you're doing is like taking a delicately balanced clock mechanism and pouring treacle into it because "you think" its running a bit fast.

While on occasion you come up with a well rounded useful post, you do seem more often than not, to come up with some crazy wacked out ideas!

I think after your crazy cycles bloodwork would be in order anyway no matter how long it takes or how much it cost. I'd wager you do have some out of whack hormones.

Isn't blood work a typical prerequisite before they do an autopsy?
