What carb do u prefer for post insulin injection in your shake ? Dextrose or glocuse?

does using glucose will make u to gain more fat comparing to dextrose ?

Dextrose is Spose to be a fast absorbing sugar that goes straight to Ur glycogen stores... I've always herd and used dextrose. U can usually find it with creatine in it.

They're the same thing.
Food scientists and chemists will call it dextrose. Biologists call it glucose. The main difference is whether it is inside or outside the body.
