Personally, I think the article is vauge and doesn't point to any actual scientific evidence other than coincidental experimentation (20% of the people studied had taken supps....only 20%?)

Correlation does not mean causation. Plenty of posts about it from some of the leaders in supplementation and nutrition disputing these ridiculous claims. Layne norton had the best post about it off the top of my head.
