Hey guys, I'm 22 years old and first off let me tell you something I've been ON and OFF TRT since the age of 13, so it's not my first time with st******. This past year i have been bulking I'm currently 180 lbs right now and lift 5x a week and 3x days cardio.
I was thinking of shredding with sustanon 250 only
Diet is going to be carbs 150grams and protein 200g fiber 30g and fat 60grams .
Any input?
