I'm doing a 12 week testtt 500 week. I have db0l and var in hand and I thought I would do db0i week 1-4 and var week 7-12 to get a more lean look along with the testttt .As I understand that's too much for a first. Which one should I drop off? I'm on my 2nd day of db0i and wonder if I should just run the testt for mass and start the var on week 7-12. I'm 25 155pounds and 13bf
