I'm 35yo,
male,
6"1,
211lb,16% bf. (Might be more)
My diet is perfect. 1.5 gallon water a day, creatine, glutamine, amino acids, bcaa, liver/kidney support.
I have a mesomorph body type. I tend to get fat rather than skinny. I might have good genes, who knows, I have a cousin thats an IFBB Pro. But he's been training for 12yrs and I've only been seriously training for the last 4months. ?
Im currently running my 3rd cycle.

First cycle:2008

was to lose weight and did winny only. Lost 45lb in 10 weeks. Did cardio and supersets mainly. (Also asked a mate at the time for advice and he said winny, fool me once)

Had help from a mate that compete local Ibbf circuit, which got me reading and intrigued in the whole chemistry of different steroids, peptides, stacks etc.
he put me on the following 10week cycle:
Sust 325 1ml - sun&wed
Eq 200 1ml - sun&wed
Igf-lr3 25mcg - mon-fri
Kessar 1 *am- mon-fri
Proviron 2 *am pm- mon-fri
Before:
Body fat was 30%-35%(might be more, not sure but i really looked disgusting).
Weight was at 230lb
After:
(lost 14lb and gained reasonable muscle, nothing spectacular but gained some quality muscle and lost fat.)

Running a 12-16 week cycle. Changing stuff every 4-6 weeks will give me more opportunities to get familiar with my body.

4 weeks in and loving loving every second!! Delts, biceps and pecs starting to separate. Veins popping on forearms calves and other lean body-parts. Strength in the gym is off the chart. My belly fat and love handles are literally melting away. My belly/love handles is super soft, cant wait for my 8yr old fat skin tighten up!

Thinking of dumping the cjc and upping the tren a to 75mg ed or 100mg or change to tren e. Open to ideas. Want to experiment as much as possible.
No sides beside night sweats. I feel drained some days but nothing serious. Ive been blessed with an extremely hight tolerance for any kind of gear/medicine/booze whatever. thinking of running t3 last 4 weeks. Doubt I'll need any fat burner by that time. But in comp prep you need to have a reliable dat burner like winny, clen or t3. Just a though

I'm not afraid to ask for help, not afraid to try new things and not afraid to experiment.
Even though I've read everything there is to know about every steroid, I have extremely limited RL experience. I respect that loads of the vets on here had to find out the hard way. Unfortunately i didn't have the opportunity earlier in my life to devote everything to the sport.
Please be blunt with critique, I'm open to any ideas or change for the best. My goal is to compete in 18 months. I've set my goal and no turning back. I accept everyone reacts different to different gear, any success story just narrow options a little which is good and will excel my journey.
