Can you have Low E2 without sides?

Simple as that. Is it possible?

Bloodwork should be rolling next week, then I'll know for sure. In the mean time, I'm wondering if it's possible to wreck your E2 and not have the achey joints, decreased libido etc.

Sure just about anything is possible. This is why BW is so important. Having either low or high e2 is unhealthy.

Over time, extremely low E2 in most cases will catch up to you. Problem is that in cases where E2 suddenly crashes symptoms are quickly noticeable. But when it's a slow regression over time to low E2, you tend to adapt to your symptoms and not notice so easily.

Kel what do you consider low E2 on the scale? Or low estradiol?
