Back breaking out on trt and letro

24 year old male on TRT right now. About 20% bf at least. Been cutting down making good progress. Just wondering why my back would be breaking out taking 150mg test cyp a week and 1mg letro eod. Thanks

My guess would be hormone imbalance. What made you want to take Letro for only 150 mg of test?

Yea. Letro is so darn strong it's hard to keep estrogen dialed in. May need to get blood work to see where your levels are. Good luck.

Some people are just acne prone even on low dose test, but if your e2 is high that can make it worse. What put you on trt at such a young age? Is this Dr prescribed or self administered trt? Letro isn't a common AI for trt, most use adex.
